How do I make a booking?

Simply fill in the online booking and submit. Once your booking have been submitted, you will receive a confirmation booking number or receipt, please keep your online confirmation booking or receipt number with you as reference. We now accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are making your booking less than 6hrs before traveling please call our Operations number on 063 645 5009, 063 642 2394 in order for to process your booking in time.

How do I know that I am handing my vehicle to an driver?

All drivers wear green golf shirts with the logo on the front and back and all our staff carry employee identification cards. Our driver collecting your vehicle, will have your booking document at hand with your unique booking number.

Where do I meet your driver?

On the day of your departure: International departures will be from the international departures drop-off terminal “A” preferably at the first entrance door and domestic departures will be from the domestic departures drop-off terminal “B” preferably between the 3rd and 4th entrance door. On arrival back from your trip: Contact us once you have collected your luggage or passed through customs in order for our driver to meet you at the domestic departures drop-off terminal “B” between the 3rd and 4th entrance where you will collect your vehicle.

Where will my vehicle be kept?

All vehicles are parked and locked up off-site at our undercover parking facility approximately 3,5km from the airport with 24hour security, CCTV and armed response.

How and where do I pay?

We have card payment facilities on the airport, should you wish to pay by card when you collect your vehicle.
Alternatively you can pay cash when you deliver or collect your vehicle.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can contact us on 0636455009, 063 642 2394 or via e-mail info@expressairportparking.co.za , to cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique booking confirmation number via e-mail once you have made the booking online. When booking telephonically, our office will give you your booking confirmation number as reference.
